Return Policy, Warranty and Refunds

We here at Skyline Spares and Parts want you, our customer to be fully satisfied with all of your parts and spares that you purchase from us, from both our local workshop and phone order. As such we will replace your item if it is found to be Faulty On Arrival within 7 days from the date of receive or collection over our counter.

Skyline Spares and Parts Terms & Conditions

a) Please choose carefully as we do not offer any cash refund or exchange on any parts for change of mind.

b) Parts to be found faulty must be returned in the same condition as purchased, and must be returned within 7 days, for exchange of the same part, exclude Engines & manual gear boxes.

c) No refund or exchange on all engines, gear boxes and turbo. Turbo chargers are sold as inspected START UP WARRANTY ONLY from date of purchase or from date of delivery.

d) Freight charge will not be credited.

e) All Engines come with start-up warranty on parts only within 7 days from date of purchase or from date of delivery.  Warranty will be void if parts is dismantled or tampered with. Any parts returned under warranty are to be complete or as sold.

f) All Manual gear boxes come with start up warranty on parts only within 2 days from date of purchase or from date of delivery.

g) We will not accept returns on cut sections or specially ordered parts.

h) Engines are sold as long bare. Any accessories, manifolds or wiring, if fitted are not covered by the warranty and may not fit your model.

i) Warrant claims will not be recognized where any failure or defect is caused by:

j) Insufficient or incorrect oil and/or lubricants iv) Failure to carry out proper maintenance

k) Overheating or heat tap removed v) Unauthorized repairs, alterations or dismantling

l) Misuse, overloading, accidents or negligence vi) Improper application or installation

m) Increase of boost levels void warranty or any modification to gain hose power will also void warranty

n) Proof of purchase is required for exchange or warranty claims.

o) Limit of liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of goods sold.

 P) Airbags or associated items are NOT returnable under any circumstances. ‘G’ Sensors, electrical, window Motor and switches.

 Skyline Spares and Parts accepts no responsibility for the goods delivered by couriers, transport authorities, logistics.

 All after market performance parts are sold for race use only , NOT recommend for road legal use.

Any faulty item must be returned back to us within 7 days.

  • No refunds will be issued if the item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement.
  • No refunds offered if you have changed your mind about the goods.
  • No refunds are offered if the package has not been kept as brand new when returned or the condition of the item does not match what we sent out
  • No refunds are offered after this 7 day period.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We will reimburse you the actual shipping fees for exchange if we shipped the incorrect quantity, the incorrect item or if the item is defective.

All of our Parts & Spares that we sell are of high quality, and are guaranteed to be in genuine working order (as they are removed by us from working vehicles). In the case where an item is removed and sold and it is not in working order we will  organize a replacement.

We strive to provide you with great items, as we want you to come back to us for all of your automotive needs, however as most parts are removed from existing vehicles there is limited warranty on all sold items, and are sold ‘As is’ in the proper condition. You are most certainly welcome to inspect and assess our parts to ensure you are happy with them before purchasing.
